With the COVID-19 situation, Iberital continues to offer improvements aimed at the well-being of its employees. Iberital has participated for a year in the EMPOWER Project through the Teaching, Research and Innovation Unit of Parque Sanitario de San Juan de Dios-CIBERSAM.
EMPOWER aims to shed light on the silent burden of mental health problems, and to make workplaces healthy environments for the entire workforce.
EMPOWER is an international project funded by the European Union, which brings together 13 international partners and 9 countries, one of them being Spain. It brings together researchers from different fields to create an on-line, easy and confidential platform aimed at workers focused on PYMES and public organizations.
This is a multidisciplinary innovation effort to promote the health and well-being of workers within the company in these areas:
- Reducing stress and psychological discomfort
- Preventing mental health problems
- Reducing the impact on the workplace
The entire workforce of Iberital has been disseminated and participated in the EMPOWER test anonymously and voluntarily.
Through the online platform EMPOWER, Iberital workers have been able to participate in the study, where we have been evaluated and the report has been: POSITIVE.
Based on this result, we can conclude that Iberital employees have good mental health.
The company continues to look for ways to improve employee well-being.
