These General Commercial Conditions written below show the rights and duties between IBERITAL DE RECAMBIOS S.A. and their CUSTOMERS. It is our wish that these lines help to have a better communication with our customers. Our computer system as well as our Governmental TAX obliges us to ask any new customer about all information listed below:
IBERITAL will deliver a price list, reserving the right to modify the prices without prior notice. The prices do not include the cost of packing, transportation, VAT. Please kindly note that all banking fees outside Spain are at customers charge too. The first orders must be under advanced payment / wiring transfer. On the other hand, IBERITAL will study particular payment conditions for any customer. – INCOTERMS: All shipments will be delivered under EXW Conditions. Our supply obligation is therefore fulfilled when we consign the goods to the carrier and in any case IBERITAL will not be responsible for the goods, especially in delays or miscarriages caused by the carrier. In that way, any claim for damages caused must be addressed only to the forwarding company. – THEFTS / LOST GOODS / TRANSPORT DAMAGES: In case of theft, lost goods and transport damages, IBERITAL is responsible only when the shipping agent is designed by IBERITAL as follow:

– RETURN OF GOODS: Goods can be returned for the following reasons:
a-b-c) These are mistakes made by IBERITAL and in this case all goods will be a 100% credited and in case taken back & replaced after previous agreement with IBERITAL. d) Defective goods under manufacturer’s warranty: These are rare cases, because most of the manufacturers work according high quality standard levels (ISO 9001). WARNING: Electric / Electromechanical items are to be checked before installation. (Our suppliers usually refuse to guarantee items which have been already installed). e) This is a customer’s mistake and the return of goods is accepted only under the following conditions:
IMPORTANT: IBERITAL refuses any return of GOODS which are PURCHASED ON CUSTOMER´S REQUEST or NOT INCLUDED IN OUR CATALOGUE. Returns procedures:
In case the return is due to any other reasons, the customer will cover the cost of transportation and it will order to his own carrier to pick up the goods.
