IB QuickHeat

At Iberital we advocate for…

Technology that heats water faster to get the machine ready right when you need it.

We believe coffee machines shouldn't be 100% ready during off-peak hours. However, they would need to reactivate themselves fast when you needed.

How do we achieve it?

We have developed a system that reduces heating-up time by applying smart heating protocols through fast heating elements in boilers and group heads. Our intelligent energy-effective algorithms combine PID Control, Pulsed Heating (PWM) and fast temperature sensors to assure group heads are quickly heated and boilers use full energy power to heat up to the exact temperature you ask for. That's how our machines are instantly ready when you need them and deliver water at the precise temperature you’ve selected.

Key facts

1

PID control applies an accurate and responsive correction to temperature control. This algorithm restores from read temperature to the desired one in an optimal way, without delay or overshoot, by controlling the power output of the heating element.

2

Pulsed Heating (PWM) is used to lower delivery of the heating elements when fine tuning to the desired temperature.

3

No thermosyphon that recirculates hot water.

4

Heating elements & fast temperature sensors in group head.
