Winners of the Innovation SMART Label at HostMilano 2021

HostMilano, the leading trade fair dedicated to the world of Foodservice and Hospitality is an essential appointment for all the professionals in the sector, as it brings together more than 200,000 visitors, and shows new trends. This year it will take place from 22nd to 26th October, in Milan, and our team will be there, at the stand STANDM66 N63 in Pavilion 24.

At Iberital we are very happy to be attending HostMilano again, where we will present aēralab, the first-ever smart, sustainable, and fully automatic milk foam lab, a machine that works with any kind of milk -dairy, vegetal, chocolate…-, and which has been awarded the Innovation SMART Label, the award organized by Host in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano and ADI – Italian Association of Industrial Design.

Innovation SMART Label is dedicated to products capable of breaking the mold, between reducing consumption and using the latest technologies, and has been awarded to aēralab, developed by Labrints in partnership with Iberital, along with three other innovative projects. Did you know that in 2019 our VISION machine already won this award? That’s right, at Iberital we never tire of working towards innovation and the improvement of the world of catering.
